Please contact the Physicians below directly to enquire if they are still accepting new patients.  They have been notified of Dr. Betty Choi-Fung's planned retirement and have expressed that they are able to accept new patients.  RASCI will ensure that your medical record is transferred to your new physician.   It is advisable that your new physician have a copy of your medical record.  Please make arrangements with RASCI for your medical record by clicking on the RECORD REQUEST link below.
